Michelle Toukan


Michelle is a former collegiate Track and Field Athlete where she was an All American Pole Vaulter. Fitness is her passion. She stays busy training and coaching track on the side. Motivating others to be able to accomplish their own personal goals is what drives her. She loves seeing the results in people she works with. She is a health food fanatic, so ask her about your diet if you are need of any help! She is PiYo certified and loves to continue to bring new and exciting things to her body weight workouts
