We meet twice weekly in the mornings (Monday/Wednesday 8:30am) and evenings (Tuesday/Thursday 5:45pm). We train heavy weights one day and lighter toning with cardio elements on the second day. We work hard! You also have access to our online support group. We are a beautiful community of strong women and we would love to have you join us. We have personal challenges as well as group challenges. You will see results from these sessions. If you are looking to change your life, this is a great place to start! New sessions start every month. Class sizes are limited so this is a pre-registered class only.

Created by Zumba® and BabyFirst for kids ages 0-4, the Zumbini® program combines music, dance and educational tools for 45 minutes of can’t-stop, won’t-stop bonding, learning, and fun. Each session includes a free Zumbini® Bundle!
Give your little one a healthier, happier, more enjoyable start. Through 6-16 week sessions, we not only nurture their love of movement so it becomes a way of life, but give you the chance to nurture your inner child as well!

Yoga is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. The aim in a yoga class is to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. No previous experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
