12 Sessions of Group Personal training. Two sessions available to register for; 8:30 am Mon/Wed, 6:15 pm Tues/Thur. Combined Saturday sessions each week at 9am, we will meet at Yanney Park for our Saturday workout. We have personal challenges as well as group challenges. You will see results from these sessions.
