Aerial Yoga - 60 Min.

Christopher Harrison's AntiGravity® FUNdamentals Aerial Yoga combines aerobatics, yoga, and fun all in 9"x12" silk hammocks suspended 3 feet in the air. Learn the fundamentals and more as you develop flexibility, strength, balance, awareness, mindfulness, humor, and confidence. Classes are $10 for our drop-in rate or you may purchase an 11 punch card for $100. Come fly with us!

Buti Yoga - 75 Min.

Transform your BODY + SOUL with cardio intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement & conditioning woven into a dynamic yoga practice. 16 sessions for $150. Two sessions available to register for; 5:45 pm Mon/Wed, 8:30 am Tues/Thur.

Total Body Conditioning - 60 Min.

16 Sessions of Group Personal training. Two sessions available to register for; 8:30 am Mon/Wed, 5:30 pm Tues/Thur. We have personal challenges as well as group challenges. You will see results from these sessions. If you are looking to change your life, this is a great place to start! $150. New sessions start every 8 weeks.

Cardio Groove - 60 Min.

A full out Dance PARTY to all your favorite hits!! This is Kearney’s favorite workout! Come prepared to dance, sweat and laugh your way through an hour of awesome tunes. Has toning elements as well as cardio! A full body workout!


Zumba® - 60 Min.

Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat.

How It Works

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Yoga - 60 Min.

A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, which is widely practiced for health and relaxation. A regular yoga practice will help transform both your mind and body, ultimately helping you find an inner calmness/peace, enhance your balance and stability, and leave you feeling stronger and more centered.


PiYo® - 60 Min.

Who says you have to jump, grunt, strain, and punish your body to get amazing results from your workout? Not with PiYo…PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.


WALK 15 - 60 Min.

Our “Walking” burns more calories than a stroll around the park because:

  • It’s a series of multi-muscle moves
  • The movement is set to the beats per minute of popular music.
  • A higher muscle engagement leads to higher calorie burn and of course more muscle tone!

…and all while being easy on the joints! Walking is the most natural and effective way to health and wellness and works for anyone, any age, any size and anywhere.


POUND® - 45 Min.

POUND® is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique - all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Through continual upper body motion using our lightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix™, you'll turn into a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDing off pounds as each song flies by. Rock, rap, dubstep, pop and old school music fuse to create the POUNDtrack series, which is hand-selected by music enthusiasts.


Kids Zumba® - 60 Min.

Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 5-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music.

How It Works

Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.
